Way of preparation
Step 1
Cook the mince: Add the 200g mince pork to a pan and begin cooking it
Step 2
Drain off oil: Once the pork is cooked and the juices run clear, drain any oil before returning to the pan.
Step 3
Mix in the tofu sauce: Add 1 pack of mabo tofu sauce to the pan and mix with the pork.
Step 4
Add the firm tofu: Cut the 300g block of tofu into small cubes and then carefully add to the mix.
Step 5
Chop and add spring onions: When everything is mixed and the tofu is heated through, add 2 finely chopped up spring onions to the pan, mix and then serve.
Step 6
Spice it up and serve: You can add La-yu chilli oil for extra spice – either in the pan or once it is served on the plate.
